how to enter

To enter the YMG PING Junior Masters 2008, in assoication with QHotels, all you have to do is download the entry form shown here.

Simply click on the button below or the leaflet (shown right) to download a PDF of the entry form, which you should then complete and return to us at YMG Golf as soon as possible.

So what are you waiting for?

Just choose which event you want to enter
(all the dates are on the back of the leaflet) and complete the entry form, making sure you fully complete all 3 sections of the form.

Then all you have to do is pop it in an envelope and send it off to YMG Golf as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
