Masters Champs prepare for Celtic Final

YMG's Junior Masters 2005 champions were preparing themselves for some stiff competition when they meet at the National Final, scheduled for Sunday 2 October.

The regional events held throughout the UK during August have produced over 130 champions aged between 5 and 17 years old, who will now go head-to-head at the National Final, held at The Celtic Manor Resort. At stake is a place in the Grand Final, and a 3-day trip to La Manga Club in Spain in November.

Terrific golf...
"There has been some really terrific golf at all the regional events," confirmed YMG Director Chris Smith, "and now all the winners can look forward to doing battle at The Celtic Manor Resort."

"Last year's National Final produced some exceptional performances to make it onto the 'plane to Spain' for the Grand Final and so this year's finalists have a lot to live up to. But judging by the golf we have already seen this year, we have some brilliant candidates and winning a place at La Manga is going to be really tough."
